No backups have been saved on my PC. I deleted all files in the Lockdown folder as this was advised in another article. I've re-booted all devices with no luck. Button is NOT greyed out. Status shows no backups on PC

Another person suggested that I delete MDCrashReport from the Task Manager when syncing my phone to my PC. If I do this after step 2 in the sync process, it does create a back up to my PC and then allows iTunes to sync. It's a simple, yet effective work around.

When I click the Back Up Now button to back up to my PC nothing happens. This issue just started today. I reinstalled iTunes yesterday due to another issue. I have an iPhone 15 Pro and XS. Same issue with both devices
