Why does my iPhone 13 Pro goes straight to voicemail
iPhone 13 goes straight to voicemail when I’m on another line instead of letting me know I have another caller. Focus is not on.

Check Settings > Phone > Call Waiting = “on”.
If it is on and this behavior occurs, be certain your cellular plan offers call waiting.
