Will the app ‘Journal’ available in iPhone, be available in MacBook and iPads with auto syncing features?
I need a feature that adds time to the journal entries whenever I add or edit them. Will this feature be available in any time soon?

I was excited to hear about the Journal app, but assumed it could be used across devices via iCloud. For me, it's almost pointless to use it until it does. It doesn't look like it's something that will come to MacOS anytime soon, maybe not even iPadOS, which is confounding. I guess I'm sort of glad that it won't be a DayOne-killer, and I'll just stick to that app, which works seamlessly between devices and actually can patch into the Journal AI capabilities, so yeah.
You should probably send feedback via the direct Journal app product page, not the MacOS feedback:

There are absolutely all kinds of people who have typing issues. But, assuming that everyone in an entire (large) demographic cohort does is kind of, well, wrong.

No one here in this user-to-user forum would know when or even if Apple plans on making Journal available on any other device. You can let Apple know what you'd like to see here:
Meanwhile, there are many, far better options that will work on iPhones, iPads and Macs. I recommend Day One.

Meanwhile, there are lots of other jounal apps out there. My favorite, Day One, even uses Apple's journaling prompts. All the ones I've ever played with let you pick photos from your Photos app.

I think it's free for some features and a subscription for others. Most good apps have to be paid for.

Also try Scrivener, has apps and desktop programs that all sync. It's wonderful for writers.
Also not currently available on ipadOS; hope the 18 upgrade will put it there also for complete cross-platform (well, except probably VPro)
I did the same! Across all devices, ability to MASS export entries as PDF's periodically, and potentially have journal templates like a 5 Minute Journal or Gratitude template.
I agree about typing on the phone, so thankful there is speech to text otherwise this app is useless to me.
