carrier locked
i bought a new phone, i bought it at walmart and they told me it was compatible with verizon or straight talk. i got straight talk but my phone is locked i needed to contact my carrier but idk my carrier but i need my phone unlocked.

If it was already locked when you got it, take it back.
It should have been unlocked until you set it up with a carrier, then it would lock to that carrier. If it was already locked to a carrier, they either sold you the wrong version, or they sold you a returned phone that someone had already locked.
Your carrier can't unlock it, only the carrier it is locked to can. Honestly, if I were you I would take it back and get a refund. You're not the first person who has had this issue with Walmart phones and the outcome is usually not good.
