Can I pay a monthly amount to a person's bank account
I would like to pay a monthly amount to a person, to their bank account. Can I do that with my Apple Card? I don't have a debit card attached to my apple pay

You cannot use the Apple Card credit card for cash transactions like that. See the following from https://www.goldmansachs.com/terms-and-conditions/Apple-Card-Customer-Agreement.pdf

- Paying any debts to us.
