Unable to install please try again later after iOS 16.7.3 update

I am trying to setup an iPhone 8us after updating to iOS 16.7.3. For some reason all Apple app like Contacts, Notes, Reminders, FaceTime, Calendar, Watch, Shortcuts etc. is not able to install. All other apps was successfully installed and up and running. The Apple app icon is showing waiting and when you tap it will bring up a message "Unable to install please try again later". I did try all solutions I found in the internet but it didn't help. Can you please provide me some solution for this problem?

Yes, I attest to that. As soon as I updated my iphone 8 to iOS 16.7.4, the issue is resolved. In fact the release note said so very clearly that this update the bug related to Apple’s stock apps not getting reinstalled after deleting.

Same problem with ios 16.7.3 after a factory reset, seems to be all Apple standard APPS except Camera and App Store and Photos.

Hope there is a Solution from Apple because 16.7.3 is supposed to be the last update for the Apple X

Same here. Transferred an SE 2016 to X, each with its latest iOS. Can't get baked apps to work. Tried transferring 2 times, forget wifi,... nothing works. Even clock app!

p.s. this was on an ipad pro 9.7 on 16.7.3, which was same after the recovery mode reinstall.

It also happens in ios 17.3.

No way to fix it. Haven’t dared to restore to factory settings yet :(
