Blocking text messages

My daughter has iPhone 15 and I have 14 both iOS current. In her contact list when she brings up a contact there is a line that shows block but mine does not, can you explain the difference for me? I am attaching two contacts tge one from hers where you can see the block and mine where yiu don’t see it
