Not receiving 2FA codes for Apple id sign in

I reset my iPhone today, in an attempt to fix a bug that has been bothering me. When I try to login to Apple ID in my new reset phone, it says it will send me a 2FA code on my number (the physical sim is inside my iPhone), but I am not receiving any codes through text or calls and hence I can't sign into my Apple ID on my phone. My phone is now basically a brick with 0 functionality. I have no other apple devices or any browser or other device that will allow me to login to my Apple ID on my iPhone. So, I'm basically stuck with a brick and so far, nothing has been helpful. All my photos and contacts and everything backed up can get lost man I don't think I can deal with that right now.
