I would like to request a refund of Microsoft 365. The subscription has already been cancelled. I’ve just contacted Microsoft and they said they can process the refund because I have purchased via Apple, please help!

How to cancel a subscription on Apple Account and request a refund? 25 June last month, I requested a refund after cancellation of the subscription. My refund was aproved.
