How do I get a refund for Microsoft 365 Subscription?

I am writing to address an issue I encountered with my recent subscription to Microsoft 365 via the App Store. During the signup process, I was informed that I qualified for a free trial period of 30 days.

However, upon reviewing my account, I noticed that I have been charged for the subscription without being able to utilize the promised trial period. As per the terms and conditions outlined during the signup process, I am entitled to a 30-day free trial before any charges are incurred.

I respectfully request a refund for the subscription fee that was charged to my account.
