Hello. My device has frozen twice now and it takes 2 hours for it to become responsive. I can’t restart it or touch the screen when it’s in the “freeze” mode

the issue has happened twice where I cannot do anything with my device. The camera quality is also not as sharp as it was when I received my phone.

Try a "forced" restart of your device using these instructions: Put it on charge for at least half an hour, then, keeping it plugged in, use these gestures:

In rapid sequence, press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included).


If the issue still persists, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> https://locate.apple.com/choose-country-region . After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Try a Forced Restart on the phone. Follow the instructions very carefully, as this is a bit tricky. You may need to repeat this several times.


Force restart iPhone - Apple Support


There are only 2 possible results when you perform a Forced Restart:


1) The phone returns to normal operation.....or, if it does not.....


2) There is a hardware problem with the phone that will need attention at the Apple Store (make an appointment) or take the phone to an authorized Apple Service shop.
