Adblock plus with opera on new ipad

Can I use and how can I download Adblock plus with opera on new ipad. It seems like apple won’t let me use many extension for browsers except safari.

How do I turn off Adblock on iPad for now.gg? So I’m trying to get on now.gg and for some reason it keeps saying turn off Adblock and I’ve turned off content blocker and pop up blocker, it still didn’t work and I don’t have any extensions for Adblock so I said maybe it’s just for safari and when I tried on other apps it still showed up and I’m guessing something with the iPad settings [Re-Titled by Moderator]

enabling Content Blockers using Safari I'm trying to install Norton AdBlock on my 7th generation IPad, ios 15.7, without any luck. Internet searches have been no help at all, most information is for previous instances of ios and are not pertinent to my ipad. How do i enable Content Blockers using ios 15.7 so i can use Norton adblock? Thanks in advance
