How to set input numbers to English (123) even if I change the input language to Arabic (١٢٣)

I have two input languages, English (US) and Arabic. When I change the input language from English to Arabic the numbers change from English (0123456789) to Arabic (٠١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩) numbers which annoy me that I have to change the input language every time I need to type numbers which is irritating. In Windows OS there is an option that allows you to choose the numbers type when you add the Arabic language to the input list whether to keep the Arabic numbers or to choose the english numbers. Would you please help me to activate the same function on my Mac?

Thank you Tom Gewecke. Yes, you are right when I hit Caps Lock the numbers changed to English. On the other hand, Arabic 123 keyboard doesn't have the same order of letters as the universal order, so I couldn't use it.

In fact, I saw your reply after I finished building a new Arabic Keyboard Layout and it supports English Numbers:

I also add smart Num Lock to it which function like that regular Num Lock and it is very easy to use, all you have to do is just to hit Caps Lock and it will be activated:

I packed the Keyboard Layout with installation instructions and uploaded it to my account on Mediafire and offer it for free to all Mac users. Here is the link:
