Do they accept cash (paper money) to buy MacBook Pro 2023 Nov. costs about $5500 (14-Inches M3 Max 128 Gb / 4Tb) ? I wanna buy as a student, so I had UNiDAYS confirmation.

Just call them. They'd tell you if they accept cash or are cashless stores.
Why would you carry around that much cash and risk being robbed on the way to the Apple Store?
It seems as though it would be safer to pay by credit card, or by check (though I don't know what Apple's policies are regarding accepting checks.)

That is certainly seems to be true for iPhones.
For Mac, my impression is that this is not settled... readers have expressed concern that Mac warranties may NOT be world-wide, but I have not seen definitive answers from any authority.
You may also want to check with Apple if you can use the Education discount at a store purchase; I believe it is only available when ordering from the education store online.
