I want to order a MacBook Pro with trade-in service

Hi, I’m now studying in Germany. And i want to buy macbook pro m4 and trade-in my old macbook m1 air at the same time.

I want to purchase it with discounted amount from the trade-in. But when i try to make a purchase online, i have to pay original price of the macbook.

I don’t really need apple credit from trade-in. I need it by cash or direct discount from the purchase.

Anyone knows how this process works? Thanks in advance!

(I can’t do it offline, cuz im trying to purchase English Keyboard, not German)

They will not give you the trade-in value until they have verified the device. So, yes, as FoxFifth explained, you'll get billed the whole amount but will get a credit back once they have seen your device and made sure that it's in the condition you represent it to be.
