I cannot add my card to Apple pay
I moved to Netherlands from Turkey and I changed my account to Netherlands but when I try to add my Dutch debit card to Apple pay, it says it is not available in your region.

Did you change your iPhone's region to the Netherlands?
Your Apple ID's region is not related to Apple Pay.
Go to Settings➜General➜Language & Region➜Region. click here ➜ Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support
