Cannot remove the Mac from the list of audio devices for iphone phone calls

I have set my iPhone like this (please note that the Mac entry is not selected):

However, when receiving phone calls I get this:

I even tried disabling the Allow Calls on Other Devices option completely, but nothing changed.

Will appreciate if anyone can tell me how to get rid of the Mac in this Audio listing.

When making a call, I want to turn off the 3 options when I select "speaker" When making a call, selecting "speaker" gives 3 options. The Settings / phone/ Calls on other devices is toggled on. When I go to the screen to toggle "Allow Calls on other devices" off, it's off. I want to stop getting the 3 options.
