my daughter passed away due to a car accident and she has critical information on her phone but i do not have her password, is there a way to get in to her iphone without losing any information

I need access to the iPhone but I do not have the passcode to unlock it

Local info, no. That data is encrypted with the passcode. No passcode, no decryption. The passcode isn’t saved anywhere, and the reset inherently erases the contents.
