I have an older version of a mini iPad and I can’t updated to iOS 14.0. Please help
ipad says it’s updated to iOS 12 and for me to be able to download apps, it needs iOS 14.0

An iPad Air 1, iPad mini 2, or iPad mini 3 isn't capable of 13 or above; if you're referring to one of those, try downloading the applications to a newer unit on the same Apple ID first. Otherwise, remove the beta profile and restart the iPad.
