IOS not updating on iPad mini 2

Hi, can I get IOS 14 on this iPad as I’m trying to download apps but it says I need to update my IOS. Can someone help.

YOur ipad is already up to date with version 12.5.7 you can't get ios 14.

You will need to upgrade to a newer ipad to get the newest ios so you can use said apps.
