Buzzing sound coming from Apple LED Cinema Display 27 Inch

I have an older Apple LED Cinema Display 27 inch and a MacBook Pro M1 13 inch. The Cinema Display is the model with the 2 chords coming out of the back; a power cord and a chord that splits into a mini display port, USB-A, and magsafe charger. I purchased a Thunderbolt 3 Dock from OWC to plug the mini display port cable into and then run the MacBook Pro into the thunderbolt 3 dock via the USB-C cable. I have no problem getting the display to extend to the new screen, but after a while and very sporadically a somewhat loud buzzing sound starts to radiate from the Cinema Display. From the research I have done it could 1 of 2 things. The easier to disprove is electrical interference coming from other devices. While I do have a few electronics on my desk, I have tried plugging the monitor into an outlet in another room and after a while the sound persists. The other problem could be that the thunderbolt 3 dock also supplies power, and could be sending power back to the display even though it is independently plugged in via its own power cable, causing the fans to go into overdrive. I could not find any way to stop the dock from sending power out, so I tried buying a Thunderpolt to Mini Displayport dongle from Apple, but when i run the display mini DP cable to the dongle and plug into the MacBook Pro, I get an error that I cannot use a thunderbolt accessory with this Mac.

I am at a loss of what to do, and I really like the size and quality of this monitor and do not want to have to buy a new one. Anybody else run into this issue and find a solve, or able to ideate on what else may be causing this based on the description?
