Hello , I purchased belkin screen protector along with the iPhone 15 pro and within 1.5 months, there are air bubbles. The purchase is done in Apple Store. Can Apple Store replace the belkin screen protector or refund ?

Potentially, but you will have to have them examine the screen protector. Apple does not provide the same 1 year warranty (against manufacturing defects) for non-Apple products ... even if they can be purchased at an Apple Store.
However, an Apple Associate may still by able to assist you with this.
