Try to visit ecosia.org to search on the Internet, but was redirected to cn.bing.com using safari in China

I am using iPhone safari to visit ecosia.org(an search engine,)in China, but I was redirected to cn.bing.com, what is the reason? How can I fix it?

Safari 13.0.5 won't let me change choice of search engines I'm stuck in Bing ... Safari will not allow me to change search engines, and worse, Bing thinks I'm in the Netherlands when in truth I'm in Arizona. Although I do use a VPN which currently routes me through Seattle. Every time I browse something it would take me to Yahoo Mexico Every time I browse something, anything, instead of taking me to Google it would take me to Yahoo Mexico, and I'm not even Mexican or at Mexico. It's supposed to take me to https://www.google.com.ar/?client=safari. I think I have dowloaded a small malware or something, and I have read some things about checking my extensions but the thing is, I've got none. Also I prefer using Safari, rather than installing Google again due to some inconveniences in the past. Please, help me! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

how to prevent safari from searching in some countries I would like Safari to search ONLY Japanese sites and NOT Chinese sites. Is there any way to prevent Safari to search only Japanese sites?
