Apple Watch Ultra 2 - Certain Notification sounds are very distorted

I have an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and news notifications plus the alert noise at each km during a walk or run are very distorted.

Apple Watch dinging I have an Apple Watch 7 with both WiFi and Cel. I keep my sound off, but haptics on so I hear no ding, but get a vibration if I receive a text or notification. Ever since the latest upgrade to 10.0.1, my watch will ding when I get a text from my wife and certain emails. I have my sound set to silent mode and also off. Apple Watch SE 3 not vibrating for app notifications Why does my new Apple Watch SE 3 does not vibrates when a new notification comes in (whatsapp, and other apps) but it does normally. Anyone knows how to fix it? I tried different ways like on Silent modes and my Haptics etc are all on and i am not sure whats the problem.
