Two people one Apple id
I’m trying to find which iPhone downloaded what app can I tell by order no. Or document number.?

Unless it identifies that on the receipt you receive by email I don't think there is a way to tell. The situation is likely not considered since Apple strongly advises an ID is only used by one person at a time. When using multiple accounts, normally you could tell by the ID on the receipt.
