Bookshelf App quit working after clicking on new button

I also experiecned the same thing.

In the app I found the web site for the publisher; www.verietassoftware.com but the web page is in Arabic for the Android app Honista.

I noticed that your app ibookshelf stopped working and was quitting.

The iOS app store shows that the app is no longer available in my region.

Thought I’d touch bases here to see if there’s an update planned. If not can you offer any suggestions on how to move the data from ibookself to another app?

I was able to export a back up file but the file generated is a .bak file. I’m pretty sure that this is used to rebuild the data within ibookshelp if it’s somehow damaged.

Can you suggest another program that I can import the .bak file that’s generated? Thanks

Just a follow up on your comment that “after a user pays for a download it should work forever.”

Apple regularly makes updated to the iOS operating system.

Programers of apps need to upgrade their apps to be able to continue working with newer iOS versions. If they don’t the app won’t work with the new iOS version.

Did you get a response? I emailed but they didn’t reply.

Experienced the same. Very disappointing.
