We need to see what all is running, a report from this will not display any personal info...

You need to visit McAfee's web site and download their uninstaller app which should remove the app completely. Antivirus apps are completely unnecessary, will slow down your computer and often cause serious problems.

How did you arrive at that conclusion? The reason for asking is that installing it requires deliberate action on your part. You need to download it, launch its installer app, bypass macOS's Gatekeeper, and finally provide your Admin credentials to install it. None of that happens by accident.
