No Voice Feedback with Workouts
I have the voice feedback setting turned on, but I never receive voice feedback during my workouts. they still just vibrate and display on my watch.
How can I fix this?

Activate Always on
then under Siri Responses, Voice Volume -,Speaker, put volume up to full
