Can’t delete Favorite Songs Playlist from Apple Music Library

Hi guys, the solution I've been using:

• before anything, go thru & unfavorite EVERYTHING
• fully close app to refresh & relaunch
• go to Library, then Playlists
• upper right corner, click three red lines
• ✅ All Playlist
• ✅ Recently Played
• play a song from each playlist, eventually favorites ends up at the bottom
• As long as you don't favorite anything, the list should remain there
• Good Luck!

Totally annoying. Even more so since I just signed up to Apple One and this just appeared, but as a folder with only one song in it and under my wife's name - not even mine!

i hate that i can’t delete it. every time i accidentally favorite a song it adds it as its own album in my library, then deletes its off my playlist when i unfavorite it.

Hate favorite songs playlist addition i just downloaded new ios and there it was and it has no option to remove it

I find it annoying that we can’t delete the favorite playlist I don’t favorite songs it’s a nice thing to have but for it to just sit there with no songs in it is annoying me.

Apple it’s been a year and you haven’t done anything I know your busy making the same phone over and over but fix this now yall are either lazy or just high out of your minds 😭🤣

I agree, there should be a way to remove this new favorites playlist that was added that I didn't ask ask for.

So annoying it won't even let me sort it to the end of all playlists. Has anyone tried to unfavorite all songs? Did the list disappear then? I'm tempted to try, but with over 350 favorites, that's too tedious of a process to attempt without knowing the end result.

For those of you who are still looking for a solution I had to favorite all of my actual playlist and unfavorite my “favorites” playlist. Then I used the filter feature to show only the playlists marked as my favorite playlists and that is how I finally got it to disappear. as long as you keep the filter on, you won’t see it anymore. hope this helps.

Their is nothen you can do about it.

l been complaing about it for long time and all my friends who use to have Apple Music complain but nothing happened. I just don’t

use it.Apple is probably not going to do anything about it.

I Hate this **** Favorite Songs folder I can’t delete or get rid of it !! If Apple doesn’t get rid of it I’m canceling my subscription and taking my business elsewhere like Spotify or Amazon Music !!!! I’m also considering getting an Android phone!!!

I just got onto Apple Music the other day with my 30 day trial. I love it except for that F-ING annoying, big giant red star at the top of my playlist called “Favorites”. Very annoying! somebody make it go away.
