iPhone 15Pro Max Bluetooth

Issues connecting and staying connected to a 2009 Audi Q5 using Bluetooth with an iPhone 15Pro Max 512, IOS 17.2

It's an Audi Software issue, and I have yet to contact them.

iPhone 7+ connected and stayed connected without issues.

Do you think a newer Bluetooth adapter will help/ solution?
Would a physical connection via USB-A to USB-C be the most reliable solution?
Open to any suggestions since the user is on the verge of going back to their older 7+ :(

Audi Q5(2010) Bluetooth connectivity issue I recently bought an iphone 15 pro(updated to the latest firmware) and I'm having problems with my Audi Q5(year 2010) Bluetooth connectivity. After a call the phone disconnects from the car and doesn't reconnect. Anyone else has this problem ?

Bluetooth fails to pair and/or connect iPhone with MacBook My 13" M1 2020 MacBook Pro does not pair or connect to my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Popup says "not supported." All recommendations from Apple have been tried with no success. Other Bluetooth devices connect with both the Mac and the iPhone. Both devices appear on the respective lists, but there is no "connect" button.
