Recently hackers got my bank card information and made purchases I haven’t made. Bank closed card but excuse is because of holidays . Slow mailing is the cause. But here’s the punchline can’t update any app until a card is listed?

No bank card to add at this time. But have gift cards to add and would like to add the cards.
