I logged out my apple id from my phone and now can’t see my photos when logged back in

I logged out of my iPhone Apple ID and it removed all of the photos which I had synced in iCloud , now when I have logged back in from the same account , the iCloud Photos aren’t showing in gallery , they used to show first , how should I fix this as they do now show in the iCloud but not in the library
