Dear all,
My sister accidentally turn off syncing icloud photos on my iphone, then most of my photos and videos which have been optimized are deleted 😭. I can’t find them in the app but still in icloud. Plz help me, is there anyway to make those photos and videos appear again in my photos app???

If they are in iCloud Photos, then turning iCloud back on will re-sync, and your pictures will re-appear on your phone. Pictures at iCloud Photos will not be bothered. If you have pictures in Recently Deleted or otherwise moved around, though, that will be mirrored at iCloud.com.
Really, an iPhone is very personal, and no one else (other than parents and spouses) should have access to it!
You have 30 days after turning off Photo sync to enable again before they will be removed from iCloud. Review the information provided here:
