Downgrading from Apple One to Individual

I am downgrading to the individual Apple Music plan of $10.99 a month from the Apple One plan and have read online there isn’t an option to choose an individual plan once you’ve subscribed to Apple One. It doesn’t show up under my subscriptions or when I go to change plan, it only lets me take certain things off the Apple One plan. I went to the Apple Music website and hit the “try free for 3 months” button, and it took me to Apple Music and nothing happened. My subscription expires January 14th 2024. Can someone help me with this issue?
