Apple One and Apple Music I have already subscribed to Apple One and have music included in that subscription. For a particular track, when I locate it from Shazam to Apple Music, it asks me to sign up for Apple Music. Since I have subscribed, I am not sure it asks me for subscription again.

If you're on a paid Apple One membership, no.

If you're on the trial, yes for the remainder of that period; it'll be cancelled automatically when the first payment comes.
