I have several email accounts. All work correctly except my Yahoo account. For emails sent to my Yahoo account, all emails appear; however, content for some of the emails is missing. Sender and Subject/Heading appear, but the page is blank.
These emails appear correctly with content on my iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and everywhere else.

You can try rebuilding that Yahoo inbox

For problem accounts the go to way to sort things out is to delete the account(s) from the Mail.app, then add it back.

Note—
IMAP accounts stay on the server, so no local loss, when you re-sync
POP accounts download and remove from the server—therefor save your inbox/sent box if you want them
“On My Mac" is just that, local folders you created and moved mail into. So no loss
Issue was reported awhile back and I had to reinstall my OS to fix. Perhaps this will help:
