safari not working

My iPad’s Safari won’t work. Everytime I try to search up anything, it says, “Safari couldn’t open the page because it stopped responding.” I refreshed the search history, and refreshed the app, and it didn’t work. What do I do? (Sorry the photo is upside down)

First, try clearing Safari's cache - Clear your cache on iPad - Apple Support

If that doesn't fix it, you could try changing your DNS servers. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi > info symbol next to your connected network > scroll down to 'Configure DNS' and change it to 'Manual'. Then click 'Add Server' and type the two address below (one at a time, one in each entry). Restart your iPad and try again.
