Safari app crashes immediately on iPhone

My safari isn’t opening. The app itself won’t open on my iPhone and it closes immediately on its own. I’ve restarted my phone twice already and it does nothing. I went into settings to access safari through there and it closes my settings app too. I can access all my other apps just fine so I don’t know what the problem is.

Do you use any extensions? Try removing them if so: Use extensions to customize Safari on iPhone - Apple Support

Otherwise, try a force restart. Press and very quickly release the volume up button, press and very quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button for about twenty seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release the button. The timing is a little tricky, so try it a few times.
