After signing out of my phone and not keeping a copy of my keychain on my phone, I am now trying to retrieve the passwords from keychain from iCloud to put them back on my phone. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Thanks.

In iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, show all, you should be able to turn keychain back on,
Or if you have a Mac try this export to see if they are safe
