IPhone 13 Pro not responsive after pressing side lock button

Hello,

I have iPhone 13 pro and whenever I lock the phone using the side button, the touch screen becomes unresponsive and I am not able to get out from Lock Screen using the swipe up.

If I let the phone auto lock once the screen goes black itself the phone screen is responsive to swipe after the Face ID unlock.

When phone is unresponsive the only way to fix the issue is to restart the phone using up/down volume and power button. Or activate Siri or Apple Pay which makes the screen work again after swiping away either of these two actions.

This happens only when the side lock button is pressed.

I've tried complete restores from backup or fresh installs. Problem persists.
