Airtel eSIM error after giving OTP

Friends,

I am trying to upgrade Airtel physical sim from android phone to iPhone eSIM being out of India.

while doing that from Airtel thanks app, post giving EID and putting OTP I get “Request failed we are facing difficulties connecting” error.

any idea why.Please comment

Getting no sim error after upgraded ios 17.1 in my iphone 15 I am using airtel physical sim. Today I updated ios 17.1 from 17.0.3 but after updated, I am getting sim failure error. I tried to restart and eject sim from tray and re-fixed then reset network settings also. But didn't work. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

cant recive otp Can’t receive otp from one app (Airtel) if I put my sim into another phone the otp comes instantly. What do I do? This a iPhone 14 plus
