ios 17.2 nightmare! How do i go back to a previous iOs?!? HELP!!!

How do I uninstall the iOs 17.2 to a previos version (iph 14)? I have tried everything-phone is frozen. I can't can't back it up to the cloud or anything!!!

Downgrading from iOS 26 to a previous version on iPhone SE hi so i have ios 26, it’s not the beta it’s like the actual thing and I genuinely hate it. Is there a way to go back to like ios 18? i’ve unfortunately already backed up my phone with 26 and i hate this update so much that i’m crying from irritation. if someone could help and i can actually downgrade it would mean the world.
