Since you're a developer (that's the only way you could have gotten the Beta on your iPhone), you surely read all the requirements before you installed the Beta on your iPhone, right? That means you knew you needed to create an Archive backup on your computer before you installed the Beta. If you didn't, yes, you can go back to iOS 18.5, but without an Archive Backup, you're going to lose the data on your phone in the process.
