Using a heavy load while calibrating the battery
What will happen if I use a heavy load while calibrating the battery on a 2015 MacBook Pro?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7

Don't use a heavy load when calibrating a new third party battery. It may affect the health of the third party battery. You want the battery to behave normally during the calibration phase. After the calibration phase, use the battery as you wish. But beware that the quality of third party Lithium batteries is extremely poor even when purchased from a respected vendor.

For Nickel-Cadmium batteries, your pre-conceived notions about how to use the battery would have been great.
Todays computers use Lithium-Polymer batteries and are harmed by frequent and deep discharges, shortening overall battery life, NOT extending it.
