iPhone 14 Pro & Apple Watch Ultra 2 charging at the same time MAKING WAVES

I’m charging my iPhone 14 Pro and Apple Watch Ultra 2 on the same mag safe charger, at the same time. I look over, and there looks to be a graphic of a sort of ‘wave’, washing down from my watch, across the screen of my phone. It lights the screen up and is pretty annoying at night. Is this a haptic? Can I turn this off? Is this as simple as a setting / notification?
