"Unable to Complete Data Transfer" - What will I lose with no backup or transfer?

I am upgrading to a iPhone 15 Pro from an iPhone 13 Pro - and consistently get this error. The iPhone 13 Pro also will not backup to iCloud or a laptop, and will not update its software to the latest version. All these efforts fail. What will I lose without this transfer? Can this be fixed?

Transferring data from iPhone SE to new iPhone 14, but iPhone SE keeps shutting on and off, so my data transfer is uninterrupted I try to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone, but it takes too long (aka more than 3 mins) and my iPhone SE shuts off. The reason why I got a new phone is because my iPhone SE has been giving me problems, and my iPhone SE can't have the iCloud backup because again, it shuts off randomly before it can finish. How do I fix this issue?
