Unable to start 3-Month Trial on Samsung smart Tv

Have update Apple ID and account information. Have uploaded app but when I click on "Start 3-month Trial" it advises that this is only for 3 month and will then be chareable so I click on "Confirm" and get message "Connection Not Available". I wait & then try again and the whole process is repeated. How do I get out of this loop?

Wondering which app it is, that you want to use the 3 month trial for ... (eg maybe Apple Music, or Apple TV or ?).

You may want o check you are signed in to the app on your TV with your correct Apple ID:

Eg: Apple support's article: Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support

says:

You can sign in to the Apple Music app or Apple TV app on your smart TV
