Safety concern apple watch blister/burn

I have reported a safety concern through the product complain system a couple of times over the last couple of weeks. The apple watch caused a blister/burn on my wrist causing infection under where the sensor touches my skin (pictures below). After reporting it to the manager at the store on Saturday 12/9/23 | was advised to permanently stop wearing the watch (they mentioned multiple reports of this). The watch was returned to the store on 12/16/23 with all accessories. I attempted to submit a formal complaint from the store but it is unknown to me if what was written on a store device was submitted. I have not received a formal confirmation from either complaint system. Formal acknowledgement of receipt would be appreciated and follow up welcome.

You are posting to a user to user community forum. We cannot help get you a receipt or acknowledge of your complaint. But it seems you are still trying to wear that watch. Please stop immediately, as they asked. Some people are sensitive to the components in the Apple Watch. Apple cannot control that. I would advise you to stop wearing the watch and see your doctor.

These were previous pictures. I returned the watch last weekend as per the message above. Shouldn't apple disclose this in their packaging or supporting materials? I understand that apple cannot control who has a reaction and who does not but providing guidance on what to do when you do have a reaction seems like the appropriate thing to do. There seems to be enough events of similar situations in this community forum.

No one here in this user-to-user forum knows why Apple does what the do. Nor can we predict what Apple will or won't do in the summer.
