Burdeshaw, Ok so for Apple Mail have open the InBox window. In the upper Left corner select Mailboxes. Then select Edit upper right corner. At the very bottom of page right side select New Mailbox. Don't select Add Mailbox. In the New Mailbox window type the name of the folder you want to give it. For Mailbox Location if you don't want a Sub Folder then select iCloud at the top. That's it Folder should show up for you.
