when I delete emails on my phone they delete from my PC

There are 2 types of Mailboxes:

• IMAP - When you delete on one device, they delete on the other.
• POP - Each device manages the emails independently.

GoDaddy supports both email types. You would need to remove the mail box and add them again using the appropriate settings. Here is the information for each type on GoDaddy. Adding a POP email is a little tricky on the iPhone, since it normally defaults to IMAP. To get the option to use POP, you have to enter a wrong password when setting it up, then it will say if failed and give you the option to choose POP on the top of the screen.

Sorry doesn't work that way. That is how an imap account works what you do on one device reflects on the other device.

You would need to remove the mail account of your phone.
